When can I call the Policyholder Service Center?
The Encompass Policyholder Service Center is open 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday with some Saturday availability.* You’ll find our toll-free number on your policy and your bill.

Your independent agent wants to make the insurance process as convenient and easy as possible, by providing service options that meet your needs. What if I have a claim?
Claim reporting is available 24 hours a day. You can dial the same toll-free number you use to call the Policyholder Service Center and select Option 3. You will then be directed to a claims team member, who will help you file a claim and dispatch emergency assistance, if needed.
